Description:
Liquid honey from the natural bee honeycomb. Meets U.S.D.A.
Standards for Grades of extracted honey, latest edition.
Honey is processed and packaged under sanitary conditions
in accordance with good manufacturing practice. No additives
or preservatives shall be present in this ingredient.
Furthermore, the package used shall not contain any
additive or preservative which can migrate into the
ingredient.

Color: White to Mid-Light Amber Visual Clear - 60mm Pfund (max) AOAC
Flavor or Odor: Sweet, pleasant, and characteristic of honey
from Organoleptic blossoms of favorable perfumes and flavor - no
objectionable flavors or odors.
Extraneous Matter: Free from matter, must be filtered to 100
microns Visual or better.

F.D.A. Status / Continuing Guarantee:
All shipments shall comply in every respect to standards and
regulations of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as
amended, and applicable State regulations and amendments thereto.
Product must be manufactured, packaged, stored, and shipped under
conditions conforming to F.D.A. Good Manufacturing Practices.
Product will not be adulterated, mis-branded, or mis-labeled
within the guidelines of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic
Act, as amended.
Packing and Marking:
Bins - Stainless Steel Liqua-Bin - 216 gallons (2600 pounds)
vertical cylinder, pressure-stable (no more than 4 psi), equipped
with pressure relief valves and air fittings, mounted on 40"
x 48" steel platform with fork slots for safety and ease in
handling. Must have 18" opening with cover and locking ring.
Must have 2" ball valve outlet with 2" quick disconnect
fitting and sealed 2" dust cover. Must be delivered sealed
and locked. Gross weight shall not exceed 3,025 pounds.
Drums - New 55 gallon drums conforming to pertinent D.O.T.,
U.F.C., and N.M.F.C. standards and specifications for food. Drums
must be lined with a U.S.F.D.A. approved food grade lining and
stamped D.O.T. 17E, 20/18. Tops must have Tri-Sure-type standard
3/4 inch and 2 inch bung openings and seals.
Each container must be marked legibly with Product Name,
Product Ingredient, Legend, Supplier and Location, Net Weight,
Gross Weight, Tare Weight, Production Code, and Production Date.
